A Refreshing Afternoon at Marina Seaview Restaurant with Cebu Creators Circle

Wednesday, June 11, 2025

Hi Fam!

Last May 24,2025 , I had the pleasure of attending an inspiring event called What Brands Want hosted by Cebu Creators Circle at the stunning Marina Seaview Restaurant. Nestled along the Mactan Channel, Marina Seaview was the perfect backdrop for an evening of creativity, connection, and community.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the refreshing coastal breeze, the golden hues of sunset reflecting off the water, and the warm smiles of fellow creators. The venue's relaxed, resort-like atmosphere made it easy to unwind, while still buzzing with excitement for what the afternoon had in store.

Creative Energy and Inspiring Conversations

The event brought together a diverse crowd of content creators, digital entrepreneurs, bloggers, photographers, and creatives from all over Cebu. Whether you're into fashion, food, tech, or travel, there was someone there who shared your passion—and probably followed you on Instagram, too!

One of the highlights was getting to meet some of my fellow content creators and also get an insight as to what brands really want as we continue to build and collaborate with them.  There’s something so refreshing about talking with people who get it.

Seaside Bites & Aesthetic Vibes

Of course, it wouldn’t be a Cebu Creators Circle event without gorgeous visuals—and Marina Seaview did not disappoint. The food was not only delicious but beautifully plated. From fresh seafood platters to cool mocktails, everything was Instagram-worthy and absolutely satisfying.

The ambiance? Coastal chic with just the right amount of glam. Think: string lights, soft jazz, and ocean views. Whether you were snapping content or simply soaking it all in, the vibe was great especially on the afternoon till evening.

An Afternoon to Remember

This event was more than just networking—it felt like a celebration of Cebu’s creative spirit. In a world that’s constantly online, it was such a gift to connect offline and be reminded of the people and faces behind the feeds that I see online.

To Cebu Creators Circle organizing team and founders, thank you for curating such an intentional space for creatives to grow together. And to Marina Seaview, thank you for hosting us in style—we’ll definitely be back for a sunset dinner soon!

If you ever get the chance to attend a Cebu Creators Circle event, do it. Whether you’re an aspiring influencer, a digital entrepreneur, or someone just dipping their toes into the content world, you’ll find inspiration, support, and new friends who cheer you on.
