Cebu City is gearing up to become the global stage of beauty, culture, and empowerment as the Miss Asia Pacific International (MAPI) 2025 pageant draws near. Earlier today, a press conference and Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing took place, formalizing the partnership between MAPI officials, Atty. Eva Psychee Tan and Jacqueline Tan-Sainz, and the Cebu Provincial Government led by Governor Pamela Baricuatro.
The pageant, scheduled on October 8, 2025, will gather around 50 delegates from across the world. With its theme centered on celebrating individuality and promoting harmony in diversity, the competition highlights the beauty of cultural exchange while respecting differences in race, belief, and opinion.
The Philippines will be proudly represented by Anita Rose Gomez, while the United States is sending Kayla Jane Usison, a Filipino-American delegate who embodies the pageant’s vision of inclusivity and unity. The reigning titleholder, Janelis Leyba of the United States, will also grace the event, carrying with her the honor of being the first from her country to win the crown in 2024.

With Cebu as its host, Miss Asia Pacific International 2025 promises not only a spectacular showcase of grace and beauty but also a meaningful celebration of global diversity and cultural pride.
