5 Beauty Essentials for Makeup Artists

Yay it is already December! I cannot believe it's been a year since the day I went on full-time mommy mode. It has been a long time too since I posted my hauls on this blog, but today I will be sharing with you my Beauty/Skincare/Makeup Haul from BeautyMNL.

I have read so many blogs and posts already from my fellow beauty bloggers about BeautyMNL, but today I got to experience online shopping for beauty products from their site for the first time. 

BeautyMNL is the No.1 and Biggest Beauty Site here in the Philippines. What I love about this is that you can easily shop at the comfort of your home and discover new products, too. Perfect for busy/kikay moms like me. 😉

The Products that I got:

1. Detail Makeover Contour and Blush Effects (PHP399)

My longing for a blush and contour kit that is affordable and pigmented have been fulfilled with this one from Detail Makeover. I love the shades perfect for my morena skin. I'm just not that impressed with the highlight color though. But overall for 399 (it was on sale from 499 when I got it) this is worth a try.

2. Biore Micellar Cleansing Water (PHP 189)

I was looking for a makeup remover and since the Maybelline Micellar Water got sold out before I checked out I got this instead. It is actually my first time to use it and I am quite impressed how gentle it is on my face and it removes my makeup well decently plus it is affordable.

3. Beauty Bakery Witch Hazel Facial Mist (PHP 289)

I bought this bottle because I was looking for an alternative makeup setting spray and also for skin care. I love that this is so affordable and I like that it has natural ingredients too. Based on the reviews from the site other shoppers are raving about this product. It's currently sold out.

4. Sooperbeaute Skin Brightening Creme (PHP180)

I gave this product a try since I really wanted to eliminate the acne scars and dark spots on my face. I will be posting my detailed review on this product soon. So hope you can checkI love that I can use this in my underarms and bikini areas too. 😊

5. Dearberry Facial Cream (Freebie) 😍😘

What I love about the site is the easy access it has and a great range of beauty items. I also like that they provide beauty articles, too! It's like reading a beauty mag and shopping all at the same place. 😍

Mini haul: October 2013 + My First Ever Traincase Purchase

Hello there dears!

This post is a bit late but I am posting them anyway. =)

This were my recent haul last October before all the recent disasters earthquake and Yolanda came to haunt my place and my beloved Central Visayas, my home. So, I don't mean to be so giddy at posting this for the past few days since I was just too overwhelmed about the recent tragedies my beloved hometown is facing.

I hope you do enjoy browsing and skimming through the photos I took about this lovely babies I got. I want to do a review but we'll save it for later. Below are the things I got:

Fanbo Compact Foundie in Honey. I love that the pigments are really white-ish and matches my skin tone. The feel on the skin is much that of VERY Fine sand. But What the heck, I loved it!

It feels very smooth though. It gently scrubs and smoothens my face with every application. Plus it is so affordable for only PHP80 pesos! *wink*

One of my holy grails that is.

Mini Brush Set from AVON for only PHP99.00. Another steal right here! I got it for only PHP49 since this was discounted from my other AVON purchase, those lipsticks below: =) I will do a decent review on this as well.

Blush Brush, Liquid Foundie Brush, Eyeshadow Brush, Brow brush and Lip brush

my two ULTRA COLOR LIPSTICKS! in Red 2000 and dream Fuchsia. My new makeup kit staple. =)
I love the colors and the packaging.

I can clearly see which is which =). I hope AVON gets to have these in matte since the color pay-off is really good! Below are the swatches!

Just Another Mini Haul

Hi lovelies!

Blog hiatus for quite some time.
Here is just another mini haul that I got from last month.

HAUL: Drug Store products + AVON Liners

Hi! this will be a short post on a haul that I had last week at Three Sixty Pharmacy, as I passed by going home. i recalled that i haven't bought some toiletries to use for the days ahead so i headed on and got myself the items in the above photo. =)


Every girl needs to smell good and of course clean and squeaky. I think the products all together cost me 300 plus pesos all in all, except the two liners i got from AVON which i bought for 200 pesos both. the gel eyeliner is great and worth the money. i'll do a separate review on that. =)

Camay shower gel. i like using shower gels so much since they are easily absorbed by the skin esp since it is in liquid form.

the facial cleanser that i am using most of the time since i first bought it i got hooked at eversince, i use it as a makeup remover as well.

the toner, my best toner ever. it's so soft on the skin and i love the scent so much. it relaxes my skin after cleansing with eskinol.

the soap that im loving today. the scent is somewhat citrusy i use it for my face.

the hair product that i can't live without. i use these to relax the tresses of my curls. sets my hair in place without the heavy feel.

for the damaged curly hair as a result from coloring. 

my lotion as of the moment, i love the scent and the soft feeling it leaves after application.

my facial cleanser. i love this one as well. not so soapy but very smooth on the face. leaves my skin feeling soft and clean.

Last December Make up Haul

Hi Everyone,

Hope you had a blast last Holiday Season. 2012 was an amazing year for me. I gave birth to an adorable baby boy and got my blog updated/turned it into a beauty blog. wink! (",)

Ever since I've been into beauty web-logging, I've been also posting my own beauty product haul posts.
Which I admit, I am already doing even before I started this beauty blog.

So, today I would like to share my hauls last December =)

The items I got were:

• PALLADIO eyeliner in midnight blue - this was given to me by my office mate as a christmas present. ( i adore presents! thanks miss Zenia!)
• Simply Pretty Lip defining pencil in Nude - i bought this at AVON for only 59 pesos! I tried it on and is easily glides on my lips. 
• Ultra Moisture Rich Lipstick from AVON in Jubilee Rose - I love the color! I bought this for only 150 pesos!
• Ultra Moisture Rich Moisture Seduction Lipstick from AVON in Nude Perfection - Finally! i found a perfect Nude lipstick I wnat to try this one for that smoky look. bought it for only 250 pesos! =)
• I Make you Pretty face blusher from FACESHOP in Orange Syrup - it is a gorgeous blush. It highlights your cheeks too!
